Return of Online Purchases In Store

Note: Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Sensa Stone error. Please do not mail your return to the Sensa Stone retail store. Retail locations are unable to process mail-in returns.

Returns must be received in store within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you return your online purchase in store after the return window, we will gladly offer you a product exchange or merchandise credit.

Refunds & Credits of Online Purchases

We will issue a refund to your credit card for the full purchase price (including taxes) of any unopened item that you return within 30 days of the purchase transaction.

For returns by mail, please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address. It can take up to 30 days to process the return when you return by mail and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

When returning online purchases by mail or in store, please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately five business days to reflect any credits. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
